All programs start with an evaluation of students’ areas of growth, strengths, goals and interests. We will communicate with the students and parents to make sure expectations are met and that the students needs are taken care of.

After initial communications and evaluation results, we will provide a personalized education plan for the students incorporating their needs and goals.   

All of our instructors have exceptional credentials, and are experts in providing impactful educational support for students. We only hire the top 2% of tutors from our pool of applicants. Every instructor must be experienced in teaching and pass our rigorous training program designed by our Harvard Ed.M founder.

We work together with families and students to ensure students are meeting their goals and milestones. This is done through written or oral feedback after every session. We also ensure a constant channel of communication between our tutors and parents to allow for continuous growth and development.

We strive to help students reach their goals. Our program ends with a student, family, and instructor reflection to evaluate progress and provide an exit-plan for students to succeed even outside of our programs.
